The Kyoto Distillery is widely regarded as one of the very best craft gin distilleries in Japan. Their Ki Noh Bi series features famous Noh masks on the bottles and top quality liquid inside. For this 21st edition, the gin was aged in Caroni rum casks from Trinidad, before kokuto sugar from Okinawa is added. It’s a fantastic, refreshing and rich expression that is a must have for any gin lover.
