Released thrice a year as a premium iteration of their signature wheated bourbon, the Larceny Barrel Proof Bourbon Whiskey is distilled from the same mash bill consisting of 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley with the resulting spirit then spending its maturation exclusively in new, charred American oak barrels. After 6-8 years of slowly developing its rich flavors, the finished bourbon is then bottled uncut to preserve as much of it as possible for drinkers to enjoy.
Larceny Barrel Proof Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Notes
Nose: Deep amber in color, each sip of this whiskey begins with an inviting nose of toasted bread, maple syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, citrus, apple, and faint hints of tobacco.
Palate: A sweet and full-bodied palate of gooey molasses, succulent figs, vanilla, baking spices, and heavy oak.
Finish: A long and warming finish of sweet caramel, creamy vanilla, dark chocolate, and oak.
