The Longueteau Sélection Parcellaire Canne Rouge N°11 comes from the smallest plot of the estate, on which is grown – according to the rules of organic farming – Red Cane. It is a plot well exposed to the sun. The work of the cane is done by hand, in each of its operations, except the harvest, mechanized.

Distillery Information

Its story begins at the end of the 19th century, when a certain Marquis de Sainte Marie was producing cane and sugar on his estate in Guadeloupe. In 1895, in the midst of the sugar crisis, the company was in a bad way and the Marquis proved to be a poor manager.
