Beautifully fragrant, the Chinese rhubarb that structures the Nardini il Rabarbaro drifts upwards with ease to draw you in, seductive and sweet. Warmed fruits twist between the rhubarb stalks and fill out the mixture. Used regularly as an aperitivo, the Nardini il Rabarbaro also puts in work as half of the 'Mezzo Mezzo Inglese' cocktail, the other half being Nardini Bitter. A match made in Heaven, or Italy, depending on who you ask.
