One is an ethical drinks brand, who in the past have released water and soft drinks, with the profits funding sustainable water projects in the world's poorest communities. One have released their own One Gin, with profits going towards the foundation's mission to raise £20 million for water projects. At least 10% of the profits fund the water projects in the world's poorest communities via The One Foundation. An incredibly worthwhile cause. The London dry gin is made with a mixture of 9 classic gin botanicals, as well as a feature botanical - sage. The sage used is locally foraged from the grounds surrounding the distillery, and adds an intriguing savoury edge to the gin, carried by the brilliant mouth feel stemming from the seven-times-filtration method used after distillation. Alongside the sage you'll find notes of angelica root, nutmeg, orange peel, lemon peel, liquorice, orris, coriander, cassia and juniper.
