Nose: A vibrant and inviting bouquet of floral honey, sweet vanilla, and a hint of orange zest, reminiscent of a tropical celebration.

Palate: Incredibly rich and sweet, as promised. The palate is dominated by luscious honey and deep caramel, which is beautifully layered with classic bourbon notes of toasted oak and baking spice. The 102.2 proof adds a wonderful, warm, and velvety texture.

Finish: A long, sweet, and satisfying finish that lingers with notes of rich honey, vanilla, and a final, gentle touch of warm spice.

Penelope Bourbon was crafted and created in a classic American tradition – to celebrate an impending birth of a child. In 2018, Mike Paladini and his wife, Kerry, found out they were expecting a baby girl, Penelope.
