This AOC (appellation d'origine contrôlée, controlled designation of origin) Martinique Rhum is crafted from locally-grown sugarcane and distilled on a column still. After spending 2 months in oak casks, it is bottled without any additional sweeteners.

Nose: The straw-golden Rhum leads with fragrant aromas of dried fruit, honey, licorice, vanilla, and a touch of wood.
