Unique to this whisky is the 30% malted barley that has been smoked using mesquite - a wood known for its sharp, distinct taste - imparting a delicately aromatic wood smoke quality to the spirit. At a robust cask strength of 65.7% ABV and aged for five years, this whisky is an exemplary addition to That Boutique-y Whisky Company`s USA Series. Its first batch graces the market with a limited release of 284 bottles.

Santa Fe Spirits 5 Year Old Batch 1 TBWC | 500ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Sweet notes of pressed cider apples and winter spices, with trickles of runny caramel.

Palate: A powerful helping of peppercorns, woody spice, ginger, and liquorice are balanced by baked apples and brittle toffee. There's some fragrant woodsmoke nestled comfortably in the depths.

Finish: Peppery spice, charred oak, cedar, and anise.
