Sherry Bomb 8 Year Old | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Dates, sultanas, and a good helping of honey, with a kick of ginger appearing later on. Some sweet coffee notes appear after a few moments.
Palate: Chocolate-chip brioche, zesty Seville orange marmalade, cinnamon sticks, maple syrup, yet more dried fruit by the bucket load.
Finish: Once again we're treated to raisin, milk chocolate, cassia, and a smidge of old sherry.
