Introducing Sons of Liberty Seasonals - The first seasonal line of whiskies ever The 2012 Winter Release is the first seasonal whiskey of its kind. Using fresh, locally grown pumpkins for the robust flavor up front, this barrel aged whiskey is masterfully complemented with traditional winter spices - clove, allspice, vanilla, cinnamon and sweet orange; creating a smooth and aromatic pumpkin spice profile perfect for the coming season.

Sons of Liberty Seasonal Release Pumpkin Spice Flavored Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: The nose bursts open with pumpkin-puree and a pumpkin-bread loaded with baking spices—cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg.

Palate: Palate opens softer and drier, and is very cinnamon forward, reminiscent of citrus-tinged mulled wine.

Finish: A short, smooth finish offers more of the same, for a very consistent, pumpkin and baking spice profile from start to end.
