The English 11 Year Old Batch #4 Single Malt Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Candied lemon peels and oaken vanilla lead to delicate notes of fresh garden herbs and juicy barley.
Palate: Fruity layers of peach and cooked apple are joined by prunes and tropical mango.
Finish: Toasted marzipan, a touch of sawdust and lingering nutty malt.
Distillery Information
Upon his retirement, James decided to make a life-long dream a reality and submitted a planning application for England's first whisky distillery in over 100 years. Iain Henderson, a noted distiller formerly of Laphroaig, led the distillation of the first whisky.
