Trinidad Moon Collection Rum was produced in 2000 at Trinidad Distillers Limited. It is a rum based on fresh sugar cane juice, column distilled and aged for 16 years in American bourbon oak barrels. Maturation in a warehouse in Scotland, bottling in a limited run of 405 bottles in 2016.
