This dry gin hails from the Mounts Bay distillery in Cornwall. Core botanicals juniper and coriander are supported by subtle notes of coastal and ocean botanicals including seaweed collected by the gang at Mounts Bay.

Nose: It has very pleasant and lovely aromas.

Palate: Oily juniper rests at the core, backed by pepper, fragrant spice, and subtly herbaceous salinity beneath.

Finish: Finish is very smooth and long.
