This unique rye whiskey is made from a traditional mash bill of 75% rye, 20% corn, and 5% malted barley. It is produced in small batches and aged in freshly charred white oak barrels. The whiskey is bottled at a robust 95 proof and offers a bold and complex flavor profile. The aroma is full of spicy rye, sweet vanilla, and dried fruit notes, while the taste is bold and spicy with hints of leather, tobacco, and nutmeg. The finish is long and smooth, with a lingering sweetness.
