Dalmore Port Wood Reserve Gift Set Single Malt Scotch Whisky

This Highland single malt has been matured in a combination of American white oak ex-bourbon casks and Tawny port pipes from W & J Graham's vineyard in Portugal. Bottled at 46.5% abv to bring out the classic taste of The Dalmore and the warm, indulgent flavours from the port pipes.

Nose: Sweet red berries and plums with Seville oranges and sticky toffee pudding.

Palate: Creamy caramel, nectarines, roasted chestnuts and fresh coffee.

Finish: More plums, sultanas, blood oranges and macerated cherries.

Distillery Information

"The Dalmore" Distillery is located in Alness, which is 20 miles North of Inverness. It sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth overlooking the Black Isle, the "big meadowland", from which it takes its name.
