Mount Gay is a renowned rum producer from Barbados, established in 1703, making it one of the oldest rum distilleries in the world. The rums are crafted using a blend of pot and column distillation methods, resulting in a smooth, complex flavour profile with notes of caramel, vanilla, and tropical fruit.
