A characterful barrel aged gin from the Cardrona Distillery of New Zealand (who are also making some fab whiskies and liqueurs alongside The Source gins!). Locally foraged botanicals and ageing in Pinot Noir Casks from Felton Road Winery lend this gin a rich and complex flavour profile with an elegant rosé-like colour.

Nose: Forest pine, menthol, and juniper.
Palate: Rich and satisfying, with notes of woody pine, pink pepper, juniper, and wild mint.
Finish: Slightly creamy with spicy pepper coming through.
