Subtle, precise, perfumed aromas of passion fruit, pineapple and mint. Brisk and intensely flavored, with ripe acids giving shape and backbone to the pineapple-dominated flavors. This has a lovely sugar/acid balance, and impressive precision and grip.

Domaine Amiot Guy et Fils is a wine producer situated in the village of Chassagne-Montrachet in Burgundy. The domaine's top offerings include a single Chardonnay-based Le Montrachet grand cru, as well as a portfolio of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay premier cru wines produced from sites in Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin.Arsène and Flavie Amiot founded the domaine in 1920 with the purchase of three vineyard plots that would later form part of the Le Montrachet Grand Cru-classified vineyard in 1937. The family gradually accrued further vineyard plots in Chassagne-Montrachet, including the likes of Premier Cru Les Demoiselles in Puligny-Montrachet and Les Chaumées in Chassagne-Montrachet. The domaine's namesake, Guy Amiot, took control in 1985, before passing on his managerial responsibilities to his sons (and current owners) Thierry and Fabrice.
