Florence and Thomas, both with a doctorate in chemistry, are passionate about wine and have been driving the family vineyard La Durbane since 2019. To do this, they gave up their work in the pharmaceutical industry and left Switzerland to return to their origins in the south of France and together brought their dream to life. The Giornal-Wesch family's vineyard covers the Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Côtes du Rhône appellations and have been converting to organic farming since 2020. Local grape varieties are grown for the red, white and rosé wines of La Durban. The grapes are harvested when the maturity is optimal, according to the plots and exclusively by hand.
