The vines are farmed organically and the wines are vinified and matured in the Burgundian tradition. By appointment, the winegrower, Pierre Hervé, will welcome you to share his passion for his profession and show you his products. He offers you (depending on the vintage) - 4 or 5 vintages of white wines made from the Chardonnay grape variety, vinified separately by plot in order to express the character of each terroir.
