Nose: Roasted agave, fresh herbs, and a hint of citrus and wild mint.

Palate: Full-bodied and vegetal, with notes of baked agave, black pepper, and soft smoke.

Finish: Long and dry with earthy minerality and a gentle herbal aftertaste.
