From The Lost Distillery Company's deluxe Vintage range comes a blended malt created as a representation of the whisky from the long-closed Auchnagie distillery in Perthshire. Made with some rare, hard-to-find single malts, this expression is very interesting indeed.
Auchnagie - Vintage (The Lost Distillery Company) Scotch Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Poached fruit, barley sugar sweets, caramelised pear and a hint of leather.
Palate: Robust vanilla pod, clove and touches of aloe.
Finish: Rather long, with cooked apple and Custard Cream biscuits.
