The gin-style spirit is distilled from sugar cane, juniper berries, and local honey, then blended with water from a nearby spring. Geist is made in small batches and bottled in 375ml and 750ml sizes. The distillery is located in the historic heart of Cambridge, Maryland, and is surrounded by natural springs and an expansive swath of farm land.
