Distillery Information
Booker’s Bourbon was created by legendary Master Distiller Booker Noe, who believed bourbon should be enjoyed exactly as it comes from the barrel—without dilution or chill filtration. Introduced as a commercial release in 1988, Booker’s helped pioneer the modern barrel-strength bourbon category and remains one of the most respected names among enthusiasts. Each batch is individually named and blended from carefully selected warehouse locations across the Beam campus, ensuring a unique personality while preserving the signature Booker’s profile. “Big Easy Batch” continues this tradition, combining robust proof, mature age, and classic Beam character into a release that celebrates both bourbon heritage and the vibrant spirit of New Orleans.
