The Paloma, “The Dove”, is an authentic Mexican cocktail. Some people think Mexico and tequila and think- margarita. In actuality, locals more commonly drink Palomas. At a restaurant, you’ll see a bottle of Tequila, Grapefruit soda and limes on the table (sometimes Coca-Cola too).

Palate: Rich, sweet, woody, full-bodied, almost fruity.
