Devil’s Botany London Absinthe is copper pot distilled with premium British wheat spirit and 14 botanicals. Grand Wormwood’s bold bitterness is naturally sweetened by the warming spice of green anise and fennel seed. Floral and herbaceous, the mélange of botanicals is grounded with the root of devil’s claw and finished with the bright, minty aromas of lemon balm and peppermint.

Nose: The addition of water dramatically increases the distinct warming spice of green anise and fennel seed, followed by the herbaceous fragrance of wormwood. Floral and complex with light notes of peppermint that fill the air.

Palate: Naturally sweet with a slight tongue-numbing sensation from the green anise. A harmonious bouquet of botanicals coat the taste buds whilst remaining slightly dry from the bitter wormwood. Exceptionally balanced with a smooth and silky mouthfeel.

Finish: Complex & refreshing, an explosion of flavor lingers long after your first sip with palate changing impressions from warm anise to meadowsweet and mint chocolate.
