Gospel Green Sparkling Cider - Vintage 2016

A crisp and fragrant cider, this 2016 vintage from Gospel Green in Hampshire has been made using the Champagne method, where it undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle to give plenty of creamy bubbles. A great one to try alongside some decadent seafood.

Nose: Notes of gooseberries, honey, fresh cut hay, and shortbread.

Palate: A very pleasant, rich and smooth taste in the mouth.

Finish: A persistent finish.

Blackmoor Estate's, Gospel Green Cyder uses the double fermentation 'traditional method' to produce a delicious and sophisticated sparkling cider. Providing the perfect alternative to champagne, prosecco and sparking wine. For over 30 years Gospel Green Cyder sourced their hand picked apples from the Blackmoor Estate in Hampshire so it is fitting that in 2022 Gospel Green has joined the Blackmoor Estate family. The cyder house is less than a mile away from the orchards, ensuring supreme quality and taste.
