Fresh, hand-picked sloes are allowed to infuse for at least three months in Green Room's classic Small Batch Gin, with homemade sugar syrup added to taste before bottling. A tremendous sipper neat on a chilly day, and also works very well when lengthened with tonic or lemonade.
