Blood Oath Pact 7 2021 Limited Release Tasting Notes

Like its predecessors, the aptly named Blood Oath Pact 4 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a limited edition release. Made from a combination of 14, 8, and 8-year-old bourbon, the resulting blend is finished in Sauternes wine casks from the Bourdeaux region of France barrels to add yet another layer of flavor to create a warming, sweet, and surprisingly easygoing bourbon despite its relatively high proof. The blend of three bourbons hits you with familiar notes of caramel, chocolate, and oak. On the palate, it raises the bar with an immediate burst of butterscotch and apricots by a warming and sweet finish. Ezra Brooks 99 Proof Kentucky Sour Mash Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Notes

Ezra Brooks is distilled using the highest quality ingredients, aged the old-fashioned way, and now bottled at even bolder 99 Proof. Same great spicy ryed bourbon taste, but with an enhanced flavor profile due to the higher proof. Still charcoal filtered for a smooth, mellow finish.

• Nose: Caramel and Vanilla
• Palate: Spice and Chocolate
• Finish: Smooth and warm finish.

Rebel Yell 100 Proof Straight Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Notes

A new whiskey from Rebel Yell, this bourbon is made with the same wheated mashbill as the rest of the lineup. It’s bottled at 50% ABV, as compared to 40% ABV for regular Rebel Yell bourbon. This whiskey is debuting with updated packaging, which will be rolled out across the Rebel Yell range.

• Nose: Vanilla, dark fruits, citrus and oak.
• Palate: Initial traces of caramel and citrus, with a velvety smooth finish and just a hint of spice.
• Finish: Soft and dry finish.

DAVIESS COUNTY Kentucky Straight Whiskey Tasting Notes

A unique combination of two bourbon mashbills – a smooth wheated and a traditional ryed – for a balanced sweetness and spice.

• Nose: Honey, vanilla, and caramel
• Palate: Smooth notes of honey, vanilla, and caramel
• Finish: Long, warm finish with a hint of spice

Distillery Information:

With over 18,000 square feet, 6 barrel warehouses at capacity, and a 43-foot custom copper still, Lux Row Distillers is capable of producing 3 million gallons of spirit per year. When fully complete we will have the composite to process 50 thousand barrels of whiskey annually.
