Mousehall Sussex Dry Gin | 700ML

Mousehall Sussex Dry Gin is made from a base of both grain and grape neutral spirit, which you don't see every day. A clean, and classic dry gin, and alongside the core gin botanicals you can find a touch of rooibos, which adds a natural sweetness. The sustainability-focused distillery uses 100% post-consumer recycled glass bottles for its gin, which is a nice fact you can tell your friends while you mix them a delicious Dry Martini.

Nose: Hints of fresh citrus, cardamom and a special South African ingredient.

Palate: The palate is very powerful and complex.

Finish: Finish is very smooth and long.

Distillery Information

Mousehall Country Estate lies within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in a secluded valley on the northern edge of the parish of Mayfield in East Sussex. Mousehall was first recorded in the Doomsday book in 1086 and since then has been a working farm with a prosperous history.In September 2017, Gary and Kathy Jordan owners of Jordan Wine Estate in South Africa discovered the neglected and over-grown property. With a background in Viticulture and the love of a challenge, Mousehall Country Estate was brought back to life. In 2021 they converted an abandoned barn into what is now our Distillery & Winery and home to our 400L traditional Mueller copper pot still.
