Oak & Eden | Round Prairie Rye Whiskey

This release is the intersection between great music and smooth whiskey. We begin Round Prairie Rye with a bold, rich barrel strength blended rye whiskey that is uncut and unaltered. Aged in charred American oak barrels, the base whiskey is given a beautiful balance of floral, licorice, and cinnamon notes.

Distillery Information

Founded by Joe Giildenzopf, Jamie Giildenzopf and Brad Neathery, Oak & Eden is a product of Texas-based Sanctified Spirits Company. The innovative finishing process they use for their whiskeys involves putting a spiral of wood in their bottles of bourbon and rye. The tight five-inch spirals are crafted from American white oak, allowing a maximum surface area for the whiskey to interact with the wood.
