Nose: Bright rye spice jumps out, followed by toasted oak, warm cinnamon rolls, vanilla bean, and hints of roasted hazelnuts and citrus peel.

Palate: A bold, oily mouthfeel leads with clove, black pepper, and gingerbread. Mid-palate reveals brown sugar, honeycomb, and a subtle smokiness from the toasted oak. Complex yet smooth, with every layer revealing something new.
