David purchased his first cask in 2017, because he was going to grow the business organically it was a steady start rather than rushing things through, this also gave him time to select the right casks for release. Over the coming years more single cask bottlings would be added to the range, each selling quickly to a market looking for something new, and above all else tasty, and interesting of course.
