A blended rum distilled from pure sugar cane with a sweet aroma with hints of tobacco. Medium in body with black licorice, cocoa, caramel and slight orange flavor.

Nose: It has an intense aroma with vanilla accents, tropical fruits, caramelized sugar, dried fruits and notes of toasted oak.

Palate: A very pleasant palate, with notes of smoke, vanilla and chocolate.

Finish: Long and spicy finish.

Trigo Corp, San Juan, Puerto Rico, who purchases its rum base from Bacardi. The Trigo Corp specializes in aging and blending local rums according to their own unique methods. In addition to Reserva Aneja, they produce the popular Ron Canita de Alambique.
