Nose: This rum still has the funky and estery notes of wood, glue, polishing wax and fermented fruit

Palate: It’s unadulterated Jamaican intensity: dry and balsamic, with juicy sugarcane and cinnamon… but also an unexpected touch of black coffee and a noticeable saltiness.

Finish: Long, hot, spicy, once again with a certain maritime salty influence.

Distillery Information

Rum Nation was created by (our founding father), Fabio Rossi. He sought out select casks of rum from around the world on his numerous travels and bottled the very first Rum Nation bottles back in 1999.
