The Blended Whisky Company has created The Golden Age Blend using a selection of well-matured single malts and grains, all aged for at least 55 years, to capture the character of the legendary drams produced all the way back then.

The Golden Age Blend 55 Year Old | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Buttered crumpets, antique oak furniture, figs, shortbread, Lyle's Golden Syrup, nutmeg, a tiny touch of pomander, stroopwafel, mint leaf, and star anise.

Palate: A thick slice of fruitcake, chocolate truffles, vanilla pod earthiness, profiteroles, cigar box leading into notes of worn leather and tomato stem.

Finish: Fragrant vanilla blossom, mahogany, a hint of strawberry, orange oil, and candle wax.

The Blended Whisky Company produce exquisite, expertly constructed blends such as the astonishing Lost Distilleries Blend, which is made exclusively from whiskies produced at now closed distilleries!
