The Real McCoy 14 Year Old Rum

The Real McCoy Rums are "Single Blended" meaning that they come from a single estate and are a blend of heavy and light distillates from copper pot and copper Coffey stills. The Distiller’s Proof is blended in 50 case small batches and bottled at a higher 46% ABV, each batch with its own unique flavor profile. This limited edition 14 year is highly acclaimed, earning "95 Points, Gold Medal, Exceptional," from the Beverage Tasting Institute.

The Real McCoy 14 Year Old Rum Tasting Notes

Nose: Spicy and brisk, loaded with cinnamon and clove.

Palate: Oak and walnut, layers of brown sugar, caramel and orange peel.

Finish: Dry, with trace notes of apricot.

Tucked away in the southern countryside of Barbados, on 8 acres of a former sugar plantation, is the magnificent Foursquare Rum Distillery and Heritage Park. This working rum factory is well known for its collection of rums, producing a wide range including the highly favoured Doorly's, Old Brigand and E.S.A.Field. Foursquare Rum Distillery is the proud winner of the Rum Distillery of the Year in November 2016 at the IWSC in London, UK.
