A premium and smooth gin with California citrus, spice from pepper trees and sweetness from dragon fruit and prickly pear. Woman-owned business.

Nose: Fruity citrus, classic earthiness, and subtle herbaceous notes.
Palate: Juniper, orange, and lemon, with woody and earthy notes.
Finish: A warming finish of sage, coriander seeds, peppercorns, and grapefruit.
