Distillery Information

Destilerías Xoriguer is a family-run producer based in Mahón, Menorca, with generations of experience in traditional island spirits. The Pons family is best known for Xoriguer Mahón Gin, produced using traditional methods and botanicals associated with Menorca. The distillery also produces traditional liqueurs such as Palo and Licor de Café, maintaining the island's long-established liqueur-making traditions.
