Traverse City Whiskey Co. was founded by Chris Fredrickson, Jared Rapp, and Moti Goldring. Fredrickson discovered his great-grandfather’s whiskey distilling patents in the 1920s. This was the catalyst behind the passion project. The brand now has an extensive lineup. This flavorful Traverse City Whiskey is pure and uncut, bottled at full barrel proof. Distilled from a mash of corn, rye, and malted barley, this bourbon’s proof varies from 115-120. Surprisingly smooth and complex, Traverse City Barrel Proof Bourbon earned 91 points from Wine Enthusiast in 2018.

Nose: Sweet, delicious aromas of pecan pie and caramel on the nose.

Palate: The palate delivers subtle sweetness, espresso, cacao, charred citrus peel and cracked pepper.

Finish: The finish is nutty and lingering.
