        Producer Information

Springer Winery was founded in 2004. Former US Ambassador Craig Stapleton, lawyer Benjamin Stapleton and winemaker Jaroslav Springer entered into an agreement to create a winery that will bear the names of these founders and produce top-quality red wines. At Stapleton-Springer Winery, they specialize in making red wines mostly from the Pinot noir variety, which they love. White wines are made from the Chardonnay variety. Since 2007, they have been working in the Stapleton-Springer winery in BIO mode, and in 2011 they received an BIO winery certificate. They are humble towards nature and work in the vineyards in such a way that they can pass them on to the next generations in the purest possible state. Through careful BIO processes, they obtain more antioxidants in the grapes, better flavors and this leads to higher quality wines.
