2020 | Montinore Estate | Pinot Gris

The 2020 vintage opens beautifully with notes of pomelo, honeydew melon, and peaches and cream. The mid-palate is soft and plush, with flavors of lemon tart, green apple and citrus pith.

• Wine Enthusiast: Fruit for this wine comes from five different blocks at the winery's estate vineyard. Certified organic and made with biodynamic grapes, the aromas are redolent with fruit, with notes of apple, pear, star fruit and whiffs of pineapple. The palate is medium weight and bursting with fruit flavors. Lively acid keeps it all in focus. It's flat-out delicious.

• James Suckling: An attractive nose of lemon, chamomile and thyme. Medium-bodied with zippy acidity. Green apple and white tea on the palate. Very bright.

With their 200-acre Demeter Certified Biodynamic and Stellar Certified Organic vineyard located in north Willamette Valley in Oregon, we focus on producing superior Pinot Noirs, cool climate whites, and fascinating Italian varietals.
