The youngest release from Batch 13 is this 1999 vintage BenRiach, aged for 16 years and finished in Oloroso sherry puncheon #5043. A single cask release filled in 2016 with an outturn of 696 bottles.

Nose: Fresh aromas of golden sultanas, candied peel and white pepper spice.
Palate: Delightful notes of cinnamon-spiced honey and rum-soaked sultanas. Peppery oak and crisp green apple skin adds a terrific and vibrant contrast.
Finish: Refreshing.

The BenRiach distillery is a single malt Scotch whisky distillery in the Speyside area of Scotland. It is currently owned by Brown-Forman Corporation after being purchased on 1 June 2016 as a subsidiary from the BenRiach Distillery Company Limited, formed by two South African funding partners, Geoff Bell and Wayne Keiswetter, and Scotch whisky expert Billy Walker.
