This “mountain style bourbon” consists of a mash of American corn, rye, and barley aged for two years in new, charred American Kentucky oak barrels. The final product is bottled at 87.5 proof.

Nose: The nose starts off with flavors of sweet vanilla and bubblegum with accents of corn and allspice throughout.
Palate: The palate is sweet with notes of hard candy and bubblegum.
Finish: The length and flavors of the finish were very pleasant.
