Conviction Double Casked Bourbon was exclusively aged and bottled for Spirits & Spice. This Cask Strength Bourbon did its time at a prison in North Carolina, founded in 1929. You will be convicted by the maple, caramel, and smoky oak notes and the round, smooth mouthfeel.

Nose: On the nose full of raw oak, vanilla fudge and chocolate covered cherries.
Palate: On the plate with dark burnt sugar and bundt coffee cake.
Finish: Finish is fairly long.
