Fanny Fougerat Le Notoire is a limited-edition Cognac from the innovative Cognac house of Fanny Fougerat. Le Notoire is produced from Ugni Blanc grapes from the clay soils of Fins Bois and is aged for 40 years in a single French oak cask.
