The story of Flor de Caña: from its humble beginnings to excellence. Flor de Caña has a fascinating history dating back to its humble beginnings in the 19th century. Founded by Averill Francisco, an Italian adventurer, in 1875, the distillery was established in Nicaragua in search of new opportunities.
