Absolutio is a collaboration between the distillery and Italian distributor Velier. It`s a blend of single rums made with the distillery`s double retort pot still and twin column coffey still, aged in Bourbon casks for 15 years.

Distillery Information

Velier has been founded by Casimiro Chaix in Italy in 1947 and is perhaps the world's most well-known independent rum bottler, even if they understand themselves basically as co-bottlers. It is definitely one of the most prominent.
