Gyre & Gimble Pinot Noir Gin | 700ML

This limited edition Pinot Noir Gin is the first release in the Gyre & Gimble Discarded range, which uses by-products from other manufacturers and turns them into delicious drinks. This gin is made using leftover pinot noir grape skins from UK wine producers, which gives subtle red fruit notes and a jammy sweetness to the woody spices at its core. A great gin for a Tom Collins, or classic Martini.
