This liqueur from South Carolina is their riff on the classic Italian amaro. It’s produced from local Yaupon Holly trees, resulting in a spirit that’s herby and floral yet balanced, with a minty citrus finish. It can be enjoyed straight after a meal, or as a modifying component in cocktails.
